About Me

Born in Brisbane, grew up in Darwin spending 30+ years in NT, and moved to ACT for work. I would describe my career as an environmental scientist, having worked in many locations across Australia. Worked for State and Fed Government agencies, private enterprise, and not for profit charities. I am a proud father to an independent adult daughter. I have several siblings spread across Vic and NSW, and many of the extended family in Qld.

My Interests

These days I enjoy getting out in nature when possible, through camping, fishing, exploring trails, beach time, and getting out for a ride on the bike. Back at home I enjoy gardening and tending my vegetable garden. I consider myself a decent cook and enjoy a wide range of foods. I am reasonably house proud and like to have an inviting home for family and friends.

A woman between the age of 40 to 55 who enjoys nature and has an interest in the environment but doesn't have to be a science nerd.
