About Me

I grew up in Kariong and still live here today. This beautiful area of New South Wales has been my home my entire life and I\\\\\\\'m proud to call it that. I work as an athlete and personal trainer, helping others achieve their fitness goals and improve their health and wellbeing. I love being able to share my knowledge and passion for exercise and nutrition with my clients and see the positive impact it has on their lives. I feel lucky to be able to call this place home and to have a job that allows me to spend so much time outdoors and helping others. Kariong will always be near and dear to my heart. I volunteer my time working with local youth sports teams and helping run community fitness programs. Kariong is a small town but it has a big heart, and I am proud to call it home.

I enjoy many hobbies and interests that bring me joy and fulfillment. Playing my guitar allows me to express my creativity and connect with music that inspires me. Working out keeps me healthy and energized, both physically and mentally. Cooking delicious meals brings me happiness, especially when sharing them with loved ones. And playing video games provides entertainment and an escape from the stresses of everyday life. These activities, along with spending time with family and friends, help me live an balanced and enjoyable life.
