I love sports. The more physical, the better. I love rugby, wrestling, boxing, and Mixed Martial Arts. I have taken a few karate lessons but not enough to make me not rubbish at it. I enjoy bike riding. It is my favourite method of exercise. That’s because you get to cover lots of ground for the same amount of calories you burn as when you jog.
