I\'m a semi-retired chef, only doing the odd special function. I spend my time training and educating racehorses. I\'m from a farming background, and I\'m good at problem solving and fixing things, always helping friends with their odd jobs.

Horseracing and breeding, watching sport, having friends over for B.B.Qs and swim in the warmer months, eating out where someone else can do the cooking.
